What to do if you think you are losing the fight in your occupation?

I have been in my job for 3 years and probably losing some steam slowly...... cant concentrate lately and always thinking of switching jobs.
You guys think the same too??

Sometimes, its not the job thats matter, its the one who is working.
I am an Engineer, my job is most of the time the same time over again, only in a few days time, I get to do something new but thats fine with me, because I work for my family and not for myself.

Ironman, thats actually one of the worst advice I heard b4, but thanks for replying anyway. After hearing all your thoughts, I still cant decide. Lol, if i can change I would change , but in the meantime I will continue my job for now since economy still bad.

Very true, dun let ppl psycho you, I was psycho by my manager to join him in a new company, over there, i suffered a lot and have to ask to go back to my old company, terrible man....
Dude, firstly, listen to me. I have been through this, being 40 and now. I am in the coast guards for almost 20 years now, cant say its exciting but, someone got to do the job sometimes, yes true, ppl will take over yr place if you are away, but who can do a better job than u? Give yrself challenges, set new standards, make waves, then u perhaps can see the light in yr life shining brightly again, u get what I mean?
